Confidence is enhanced through our certified process, which begins with a vehicle that was crafted to INFINITI's exacting standards, passed a rigorous 167-point inspection and includes a factory-backed limited warranty of up to 6 years with unlimited mileage, depending on the vehicle's age and mileage at the time of certification.

Exclusive Membership

INFINITI maintains exclusive requirements for certified pre-owned vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability. We encourage smart consumers to compare our criteria to other luxury manufacturers. To qualify for the INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned program, vehicles must meet the following criteria:

Less than five years old
Fewer than 60,000 miles on the odometer
Pass a comprehensive 167-point inspection

Additionally, INFINITI also offers a Certified Pre-Owned Select program for vehicles up to 10 years old with fewer than 100,000 miles, which pass an 84-point inspection

Warranty Coverage

The INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned Warranty provides coverage up to 6 years with unlimited mileage, depending on the vehicle’s age and mileage at the time of certification. This warranty, which is backed by INFINITI, covers all major components and is inclusive of powertrain coverage.

Fort Myers INFINITI can service your vehicle using genuine INFINITI original replacement parts or INFINITI approved parts by trained INFINITI technicians. We offer an unlimited number of claims on covered parts with a $50 deductible per visit.

Fort Myers INFINITI will provide you with a Certified Warranty Booklet that describes the warranty coverage and all the benefits of owning a Certified Pre-Owned INFINITI.

Elite Extended Protection Plan

Beyond the coverage of our Certified Pre-Owned program, we offer the Elite INFINITI Extended Protection Plan. It provides the added security of:

Optional coverage of up to 8 years/Unlimited miles
$0 deductible for parts and labor for any covered repair
Transfer of benefits to new owner should you decide to part with your INFINITI
Expanded component coverage, including audio, navigation and mobile entertainment
Expanded Roadside Assistance and Reunite service, which covers cost of reuniting you with your vehicle

Benefits of Roadside Assistance

Should you run out of gas, get a flat tire or need similar support, a Certified Pre-Owned infiniti enjoys Roadside Assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, infiniti also provides complimentary towing to the nearest INFINITI Retailer, up to 500 miles.

Should a mechanical breakdown occur when you are 100 miles or more away from home, a roadside Assistance representative can authorize up to $500 in Trip Interruption Benefits to cover alternate transportation, meals and lodging.

Finally, if a mechanical breakdown occurs and alternate transportation is required for a covered part, we will provide you with a complimentary Service Loan Car whenever your INFINITI is in for warranty repair.
